3. Agreement Terms: I, the undersigned, acknowledge that the fee charged for the purpose of providing facilities like maintenance of playing ground/venue, Website/Mobile application maintenance, equipment maintenance, Server maintenance, Ground staff remuneration and Consumables. I also acknowledge that the matches are organised for fitness and entertainment purpose only and has no-profit objective. I, hereby apply for the membership in the Recreational Cricket management (XPL Cricket club) and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below:
4. Membership Period: (i) Guest Membership is valid for the specific day and for 1 Match only.
(ii) Regular Membership is valid for one month and for only 4 subsequent Matches.
(iii) Prime Membership is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase for 12 Matches.
5. Matches’ Schedule and General Rules: (i) The Club will host cricket matches every Sunday between 2 teams.
(ii) Every year 2 Series of matches will be conducted in months of March and October between 2 or more teams.
(iii) Members participating in a match must adhere to the schedule provided by the management.
(iv) Special Series of matches are not included in any of the above-mentioned Packages and are charged separately for participation in the same. Information regarding those matches will be notified in advance on the official website and through other modes of correspondence.
(v) Any member after confirming his position for the upcoming match under prescribed period did not appear on the match day without any prior notice and without genuine reason for his non-appearance will be treated present on the match day and there will be no adjustment in number of matches remaining for his respective subscription plan.
(vi) Only Prime Members are prioritized for playing in Series Match and for position of captaincy.
(vii) Member should at-least have played 5 regular matches with consistent performance under the Club membership for nominating himself for the position of captaincy
6. Payments: (i) All payments for subscription of any plan are to be made in advance.
(ii) All payments made as subscription fees are Non-refundable.
(iii) Member’s Account must be Active to play the match.
7. Management’s Rights: (i) The management reserves the right to modify match schedules, rules, and regulations.
(ii) The Management Board has all the authority to make decisions in the best interest of the Club.
(iii) The management Board may alter match schedules and formats.
(iv) The management Board reserves the right to decide and amend rules and regulations for the smooth functioning of the matches.

8. Duties of Member: (i) Members are required to adhere to the guidelines set by the management during matches and events
(ii) All members are expected to maintain a high standard of sportsmanship and fair play.
(iii) Member is required to confirm his status of availability for match at least by Friday for the upcoming match on Sunday via proper medium of contact/correspondence (i.e., Call or Message) to the designated authority.
(iv) Respect for fellow members, officials, and facilities is mandatory.
(v) Prompt arrival for matches is mandatory.
(vi) Any member arriving after reporting time will not be allowed to play.
(vii) Any changes in personal information should be promptly communicated to the Management.
(viii) Any form of discrimination, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.
(ix) Members are responsible for their own equipment and are expected to respect and protect the facilities and property of the Management.
(x) Member who are having uniform/jersey should arrive in uniform on match day. any member not having uniform must contact the management for obtaining the same on charges payable.
9. Restrictions on External Matches: (i) Members are prohibited from playing cricket for other clubs during the term of this agreement. Violation of this restriction may result in the termination of the membership.
(iii) If Any member is found in the act of inducing or taking away any other member for playing external matches will be liable for termination of his membership with immediate effect.
10. Code of Conduct/Termination of Membership: (i) Members are expected to follow the management’s Code of Conduct.
(ii) Any breaches may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.
(iii) The management reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of rules, non-payment or disruptive behaviour.
(iv) Decision of management on point of Restriction or termination of any member is final and binding to all the members.
11. Liability Waiver: (i) I understand that participating in cricket matches involves inherent risks, and I release the management/club from any liability for injuries or damages.
(ii) The management/club is not liable for any injuries sustained during matches.

Declaration: I, the undersigned, hereby declare that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Entry Form -cum- Membership Agreement. I also acknowledge that my membership and the fee paid to the XPL Cricket Club is for the smooth functioning and maintenance purpose and for the purpose of participating in recreational cricket matches organized by XPL Cricket Club for fitness and entertainment through cricket matches. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by XPL Cricket Club and understand that any violation may result in the termination of my membership.
